CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding and support.
